Typical scary moments in V.League
(Baonghean.vn) - It would be unfair if the V.League had violence and abandoned football while public opinion touched on the lessons that SLNA had made in the past.
To give readers an unbiased view, Nghe An Newspaper reviews some violent football moments that did not involve Nghe An players. Even though they were the ones who paid the highest price for their lack of restraint.

In the match between Ninh Binh and DTLA in round 5 of V-League 2014, referee Hoang Anh Tuan gave a red card to midfielder Dinh Van Ta after he kicked Danny David straight in the chest. In this situation, both sides' players rushed in at high speed but only Danny David focused on the ball, while Dinh Van Ta kicked his left foot straight in the chest of his opponent.
Van Ta's strong kick caused Danny David to fall to the ground and roll around. Unconscious and foaming at the mouth, the Long An player was taken to the hospital and suffered a broken rib. Meanwhile, V.Ninh Binh player Dinh Van Ta was banned from playing for 5 matches and fined 15 million VND.

In the 2015 National Cup final between B.Binh Duong and Hanoi, during B.Binh Duong's attack, due to being passed by Abass of B.Binh Duong, Hanoi defender Thanh Hao launched a terrifying tackle from behind with both feet, aiming at Abass's heel and ankle.
The collision was so strong that it hit Abass's fulcrum, causing him to almost collapse on the field. He was carried on a stretcher and taken by ambulance straight to the hospital. It is worth mentioning that the referees' committee met to discuss this brutal foul but agreed not to recommend the Disciplinary Committee to impose additional punishment. From then on, Abass's career in V.League was considered over.

Hoang Vu Samson (Hanoi FC)

If we talk about football violence without mentioning striker Hoang Vu Samson of Hanoi FC, it would be a big mistake. Not to mention the "glove-wearing" moments when meeting Hai Phong at Lach Tray. Most recently in the 3rd round of V.League 2017, the match between HAGL and Hanoi, young midfielder Chau Ngoc Quang was repeatedly fouled by 2 home players, including an extremely dangerous kick with the sole of Hoang Vu Samson's shoe.
However, in its first press release, the V.League 2017 Organizing Committee said that this was just a reckless ball dispute situation. Strongly condemned by public opinion, the Organizing Committee adjusted the penalty to 2 matches for the Hanoi striker.
Those are just the plays discovered by the referee, analyzed on tape, and there are still many plays that reflect the problem of violence on the field. Obviously, V.League is heavily affected by training gaps, the way of doing football where everyone does their own thing. There is a lack of standards from the beginning in the development planning of the Vietnam Football Federation. The Disciplinary Committee is too passive, only relying on public pressure to impose penalties. Meanwhile, the Organizing Committee is trying to fix those gaps by re-disseminate the rules to the players before the V.League./.
