RBSS has been reporting on the situation in Raqqa since IS turned it into a stronghold in April 2014.
Tensions have simmered in Raqqa over the past month between 75 Dutch fighters and IS intelligence fighters from Iraq, RBSS said.Three other Dutch fighters were captured by an Iraqi IS member and accused of trying to flee. One of the three was beaten to death during interrogation.
IS leaders in Raqqa sent a representative to mediate with the Dutch group, however, the Dutch group murdered the intermediary in revenge.

According to Dutch secret service, 200 Dutch people, including 50 women, have joined IS in Syria and Iraq.
