The Provincial People's Committee issued a decision allowing road motor vehicles from Nghe An and Hua Phan provinces to pass through the Thong Thu - Nam Tay secondary border gate.

The People's Committee of Nghe An province has just issued Decision 1712/QD-UBND dated July 8, 2024 on allowing road motor vehicles from Nghe An (Vietnam) - Hua Phan (Laos) to transport people and goods through the Thong Thu - Nam Tay sub-border gate.
