The Provincial People's Committee issued a decision allowing road motor vehicles from Nghe An and Hua Phan provinces to pass through the Thong Thu - Nam Tay secondary border gate.

Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision 1712/QD-UBND dated July 8, 2024 on allowing road motor vehicles of Nghe An (Vietnam) - Hua Phan (Laos) provinces to transport people and goods through Thong Thu - Nam Tay secondary border gate.
