In addition, it has effectively implemented the policy of assigning border guard party members to be responsible for households and having border guard party members temporarily participate in party activities at village and hamlet party branches in special and difficult areas. Through this, it has become a solid foundation, contributing to strengthening the grassroots political system; ensuring peace and security for the people, the area, and the border.
