Increase sales thanks to listing

The story of digital transformation in production and business is no longer strange to farmers. Farmers pay special attention to using e-commerce platforms, online sales channels, direct interactive sales (livestream) ... to promote and consume products.

Mr. Tran Ngoc Huy in Tho Son hamlet, Tho Hop commune, Quy Hop district has opened a wooden painting production facility for 4 years now. Having confidence in his skills, Huy boldly invested in more machinery to produce decorative details on wooden materials. Thereby, reducing labor, increasing productivity and product quality, and speeding up the processing process towards mass production.

Huy said: Digital transformation is effectively applied not only in researching and creating designs suitable for each type of product, but also in online sales. Expanding the consumer market on digital platforms helps businesses reach new customer files, in line with current consumption trends... According to calculations, the amount of products consumed by the facility has increased sharply compared to traditional sales methods.

As for Mr. Duong Van Toan in Hong Thap hamlet, Nghia Loc commune, Nghia Dan district, with the desire to develop the family economy as well as create jobs and increase income for local people, in 2021, he borrowed 450 million VND to grow oyster mushrooms. This is the first mushroom growing model in the commune. The main raw materials for growing oyster mushrooms are sawdust and agricultural by-products such as leaves, tree trunks, straw... which are environmentally friendly.

After harvesting, oyster mushrooms are imported to wholesale markets, traders, and clean food stores in the province at a price of 30,000 - 40,000 VND/kg. With an output of 2.5 - 3 tons per month, the family earns a revenue of 75 - 90 million VND, after deducting costs for raw materials, labor, etc., bringing a relatively stable income.

Mr. Toan said: This is a green economic model, utilizing by-products in production to create clean, environmentally friendly products. In the coming time, I will expand the production scale, buy more machinery, expand the workshop, especially buy automatic blanking machines, not doing it manually like now, from there hopefully the output will be increasingly increased. To make the product reach further, we also focus on bringing the product to the floor, selling via social networks...

Having been in the seafood processing business for more than 30 years, it was not until 2022 that the business of Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen - Director of Son Huyen Seafood Company Limited (Cua Lo Town) really developed when 3 product lines including: special squid rolls, breaded shrimp, seafood spring rolls met 3-star OCOP standards.
