Forced by N. to get into a car and take her away from work, the female bank employee saw the subject acting recklessly and called her father for help. Listening to her father, she was able to escape from the car but was immediately chased by the subject who allegedly stabbed her repeatedly with scissors, leading to her death.

On April 2, the family held a funeral for the unfortunate female bank employee TTTH (born 1994, Dong Huong commune, Kim Son district, Ninh Binh), the victim who was allegedly stabbed to death by PVN (born 1988, same hometown).

The family held a funeral for the female TTTH bank employee on April 2.
Holding back his grief after losing his daughter, Mr. TTH (born 1965, father of victim H.) shared that H. was the second daughter in a family of three children. Since childhood, she was gentle, obedient, and a good student.

After graduating from university, H. has returned to her hometown to work for a bank branch in Tam Diep city (Ninh Binh) for nearly a year. The most recent time, H. visited her family and brought a boyfriend, asking her parents' permission to date and get to know each other in order to get married.

Regarding his daughter's love affair with PVN (near his house), Mr. H. confided that it was during his daughter's high school years. At that time, he heard people say that H. loved N., so he asked his daughter and found out. However, since H. entered university, the two no longer loved each other.

Recalling his daughter’s fateful morning, Mr. H. was tormented by his inability to help his daughter. Because before being murdered by suspect N., Ms. H. had called her father for help.

Mr. H. said that on the morning of April 1, he received a phone call from his daughter saying that N. was forcing her into a car and taking her away from work. Too worried, afraid that her daughter would be in danger, he called her back and told her to find a way to escape the car.

“If you are with him, you must find a way to get out of the car immediately,” Mr. H. said to his son urgently. At this time, Ms. H. replied to her father: “Thank you, Dad. I am sorry for making you worry.”

Subject N. next to the car that is believed to have taken Ms. H. from Tam Diep city to Ninh Binh city and then murdered her.

A few minutes later, Mr. H. repeatedly called his son to check on him, but he did not receive a response. He also immediately texted his son: “I have reported to the police.” He did not expect that would be the last time they would speak to each other.

According to many colleagues at Ms. H's workplace, the victim was a gentle, agile, and active person, so she was loved by everyone in the office. She always completed all her work well and had no psychological problems recently.

On the morning of April 1, Ms. H. went to work as usual. At around 9:00 a.m., N. came to her office. Because she was worried that N. would affect her work at the bank, Ms. H. asked permission to go outside to talk, but was then forced into a car and driven away from work.

Many people as well as a traffic police officer witnessed the incident but did not rush in to save the female bank employee.

N. drove Ms. H. from Tam Diep city to Ninh Binh city, a distance of more than 20km. When they reached Ton Duc Thang street, Dong Thanh ward, Ninh Binh city, Ms. H. found a way to escape from N.'s car. However, this subject chased and murdered the victim with scissors.

Initially, Ninh Binh Province Police determined that the suspect N. murdered Ms. H. due to love. Perhaps when he heard that Ms. H. had a new lover and was about to get married, N. tried to stop her, but failed and then murdered her.

It is known that after receiving timely emergency care, N. has overcome the critical stage. On April 2, N. regained consciousness after more than a day in a coma. Initially, he was able to talk to the investigator, but then complained of fatigue.

The suspect is now out of danger and is continuing to receive treatment at the hospital.
Many witnesses present at the scene of the incident on the morning of April 1 said that people did not dare to rush in to save the female bank employee because at that time, N. was holding scissors and was very aggressive. While sitting on the victim, N. cried and warned that whoever rushed in would be killed. Before people could react, the subject stabbed H. to death, then committed suicide and collapsed next to the victim.
