Female monster leading a 30 billion VND gambling ring
The 45-year-old woman bought two gambling websites and made a large sum of money.
On June 24, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police dismantled a gambling ring in the form of dice shaking and online lottery betting led by Nguyen Thi Hue (45 years old, in Ha Vinh commune, Ha Trung district).

Police said that despite having a criminal record for gambling, Hue recently continued to buy two websites to organize agents to record lottery and play dice.
From the beginning of 2019 until being arrested, this gambling ring had organized many players to gamble with a total amount of nearly 30 billion VND.
Authorities also arrested five of Hue’s gang members in Bim Son town, Ha Trung district and Nga Son. At these transaction points, police seized three cars, two fax machines, hundreds of millions of dong in cash and books related to the gang’s activities.
