Female monster stored and traded more than 160 kg of fireworks

At around 4:30 a.m. on November 3, Bat Xat District Police, Lao Cai Province, in coordination with Nam Chac Commune Police, who were on patrol duty in the border area, discovered a woman standing on the riverbank next to many suitcases, cardboard boxes, and sacks with many suspicious signs.

During the administrative inspection, the woman confessed that her name was Do Thi Lan Hoa, 30 years old, residing in Dai Phu 2 village, Phi Mo commune, Lang Giang district, Bac Giang province. All of the above goods were Chinese-made fireworks that Hoa purchased from China.

The working group proceeded to draw up a record of the arrest of the criminal red-handed and brought the subject and all the evidence to the headquarters of the People's Committee of Nam Chac commune for settlement.

Conducting an inventory of the exhibits including 03 suitcases and 05 cardboard boxes packed in sacks, it was discovered that there were 108 boxes of fireworks, with a total weight of 162kg.

According to the suspect's statement, because he had an acquaintance in China, he went to visit and bought fireworks, then transported them to Bac Giang for sale, but before he could transport them, he was arrested by the authorities.

Currently, Bat Xat District Police continue to complete the dossier to handle the subject before the law.
