Specifically, at noon on December 28, a 21-year-old female student from Thanh Dong commune, currently studying at the Academy of Finance (Hanoi) went to the Thanh Dong commune police station to register her black Honda Vision motorbike, which she had just purchased for 35 million VND.
The female student herself performed the random license plate number pressing process on the computer software system, and got the license plate number 37 E1-888.88.
