Beautiful female student 'first degree black belt' in Nghe An

(Baonghean.vn) –Surnamegoodpretty, talented,achieved 'first degree black belt' in Karatedo,Pham Huu Khanh Linh, born in 1998 (Hung Dung - Vinh City), became one of the outstanding female students in Nghe An.

Although only studying martial arts for 4 years, Khanh Linh has achieved many high achievements in Karatedo.

Having only been involved in martial arts for over 4 years, Pham Huu Khanh Linh (18 years old), currently a freshman at the University of Economics - Danang University (former student of Huynh Thuc Khang High School, Vinh City), has won nearly 10 gold, silver and bronze medals of various types at provincial Karatedo tournaments and open competitions.

Beautiful and talented is the impression of this female student from Nghe An.

Despite the family's difficult circumstances, lacking the attention of her father since childhood, Linh and her mother lived in a rented room of 18-20m2, but her mother still tried to let her daughter study and pursue her passions. Linh was able to participate in activities at the Viet Duc Children's Cultural House from the age of 3, and soon revealed her talent for dancing, winning excellent prizes at the "National Children's House Festival". Because of the activities at the Cultural House, Linh was able to watch her older siblings practice martial arts, although she was very interested, at that time she did not think of pursuing martial arts.

Khanh Linh is also an excellent "actress" and choreographer in class and union art performances.

In 2013, Linh joined a martial arts class but only for the purpose of being healthy and self-defense, but gradually the girl understood that learning martial arts has another interesting and attractive thing, which is learning the way. When officially becoming a Karate student, Khanh Linh soon revealed her talent and strong passion for this subject.

After nearly a year of studying martial arts, Khanh Linh was selected to compete in the Vietnamese-German Children's Cultural House Club of Nghe An province. The first award that Khanh Linh achieved was a gold medal in women's individual kata (walking) and a silver medal in kumite (combat) in the 2nd Nghe An Karatedo Club Championship, marking a major turning point in pursuing her passion.

Khanh Linh stood on the podium to receive the Gold Medal in the competition of strong karate clubs in the whole province.

Through the first achievements, with the encouragement and support from her family, the petite girl knew that she had not chosen the wrong path. Khanh Linh was able to participate in the Hayashi – Ha Shitory training course with two Japanese coaches. Following that were a series of other impressive awards: Gold medal at the Provincial Sports Festival, 3 Gold medals, 3 Silver medals at the Nghe An Provincial Karate Club Championship... and most recently (January 2016), Khanh Linh was awarded the title of "First-degree black belt" (national black belt standard) by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

"Learning martial arts is also learning morality," Khanh Linh said.

Although at the peak of her career, Linh herself does not allow herself to neglect her studies. She also makes everyone admire her "huge" achievements in studying with a series of certificates of merit, awards for excellent students, and for 3 consecutive years she was awarded the "Excellent Youth Union Officer" certificate by the School Youth Union. Khanh Linh is often present in volunteer teams, charity activities, cultural and sports activities launched by the school and the city. Notably, Khanh Linh was admitted to the Party when she was in grade 12 at Huynh Thuc Khang High School (Vinh City).

So Linh spends time studying at home during school and extracurricular activities. Although she has just entered student life, she will continue to practice martial arts to achieve higher achievements.”
