Pregnant female taxi driver murdered

The victim was 4 months pregnant and died in the motel bathroom. Her neck had 2 cuts and her head was face down in the toilet.

On August 5, red water flowed out of the rented room of Ms. Truong Thi Khanh Linh, 23 years old, in Dak Wer commune, Dak R'lap district, Dak Nong. They called but no one answered, suspecting something was wrong, people broke the door and discovered Ms. Linh dead in the bathroom.

Examining the scene, the police determined that Ms. Linh had two cuts on the left side of her neck, her head was face down in the toilet, and there was a bloody knife around.

"The victim was killed around 10 p.m. the previous day. At that time, people nearby said the area was very noisy because the house opposite had live music playing," the investigation agency said.

Ms. Linh is married but is said to be divorced. Her husband is living with their 5-year-old daughter in Thuan Ha commune, Dak Song district, Dak Nong province. She rents a house in Dak Wer commune, has been working as a taxi driver since March and is 4 months pregnant.
