Article 29 of Decree 168/2024/ND-CP stipulatesPenalties and deduction of driving license points for drivers of road traffic rescue vehicles
1. A fine of between VND 1,000,000 and VND 2,000,000 shall be imposed for the violation of driving a road traffic rescue vehicle without installing a driver image recording device or installing a driver image recording device that is not effective during the vehicle's traffic participation as prescribed or falsifying data of the driver image recording device installed on the vehicle.
2. A fine of between VND 2,000,000 and VND 3,000,000 shall be imposed for the violation of driving a road traffic rescue vehicle without specialized tools and equipment for rescue or rescue support as prescribed.
3. A fine of between VND 3,000,000 and VND 5,000,000 shall be imposed for the violation of driving a road traffic rescue vehicle without installing a journey monitoring device or installing a journey monitoring device that is not effective during the vehicle's traffic participation as prescribed or falsifying data of the journey monitoring device installed on the vehicle.
4. In addition to being subject to penalties, drivers who commit the acts specified in Clause 3 of this Article shall have their driving license deducted 02 points.
