Accordingly, at the above time, the tractor trailer with license plate 37C-344.77 was traveling from Vinh to Dien Chau, when reaching the curve near the intersection between National Highway 1A and the road to Bai Lu, the car lost control.
At the scene, the tractor-trailer had crashed through the median strip between the two lanes, the truck bed was lying across the road, and the front of the truck had crashed into the curb. The left rear tire had exploded, and the rim was deformed. The front bumper of the truck had been ripped off, and both sides were dented.
