Cheap Mazda cars revealed

The car is slightly smaller than the CX-5, larger than the CX-3 and has a wagon design designed by the Japanese automaker specifically for the world's most populous market.

The Mazda CX-4 is a crossover SUV developed from the same chassis platform as the CX-5 (and Mazda3), but is only sold in the Chinese market. The car was first launched in 2016. Until now, the Japanese car company continues to display the CX-4 at the 2017 Chengdu Auto Show.

The CX-4 is 4,633 mm long, 1,840 mm wide, 1,535 mm high and has a wheelbase of 2,700 mm. The car follows the Kodo "soul of motion" design philosophy like other Mazda models. However, compared to the CX-5 or CX-3, the CX-4's chassis is lower. The car's luggage compartment is longer than the Mazda3, so this is exactly a wagon.

Mazda CX-4 owns many advanced equipment such as multi-touch central screen integrated with Apple CarPlay, CarLife and 3D map with navigation feature; HUD screen displays information on the windshield; i-Activeness safety and driver assistance system including lane departure warning, automatic cruise and automatic braking at high speed.

The CX-4 is sold in China with two Skyactiv-G 4-cylinder gasoline engine options. The standard 2.0-liter engine has a maximum capacity of 158 horsepower and a maximum torque of 220 Nm; while the 2.5-liter engine has a maximum capacity of 192 horsepower and a maximum torque of 252 Nm. Both engines are combined with a 6-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive.

Mazda divides the CX-4 into 7 different configurations, with prices ranging from 140,800 - 215,800 Yuan (480 - 736 million VND). Currently, Mazda has no plans to sell the CX-4 in any other market outside of China.
