According to the images recorded by people traveling from Vinh City (Nghe An) - Nghi Xuan (Ha Tinh), at the above mentioned time, the white car with license plate 37A - 458.61 was traveling in the opposite direction (Nghi Xuan - Vinh City). When it reached the position on the bridge, it suddenly turned around, ignoring the vehicles moving behind and in the opposite direction.
