Fine for HOWO vehicle driving in the wrong lane, not obeying traffic lights on National Highway 46
The behavior was recorded by a traffic participant at 9:05 a.m. on September 4, at the Vac market intersection, in Nam Linh commune, Nam Dan district.
Information from Road Traffic Police Team No. 5, under the Provincial Police Traffic Police Department, said that immediately after receiving information from people reporting that the HOWO car with license plate 37H - 045xx was driving in the wrong lane and not obeying traffic lights on National Highway 46, the team sent a working group to verify and clarify.
The verification results determined that the car with license plate 37H-045xx was driven by Nguyen Van T., residing in Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district. The working group invited driver Nguyen Van T. to the police headquarters for questioning.
Here, the working group conducted alcohol and drug tests and determined that the driver did not violate the law. After working with the driver, he admitted to the violation at 9:05 a.m. on September 4, 2024 at Vac market intersection, Nam Linh commune, Nam Dan district, and was aware of his actions and promised not to repeat the offense.
The working group has drawn up a report against driver Nguyen Van T. for the following acts: driving in the wrong lane and not obeying traffic lights. The total penalty for the two violations is 10 million VND and the driver's license is revoked for 3 months.
