Fine for HOWO vehicle driving in the wrong lane, not obeying traffic lights on National Highway 46
The act was recorded by a traffic participant at 9:05 a.m. on September 4, at the Vac market intersection, in Nam Linh commune, Nam Dan district.
According to information from Road Traffic Police Team No. 5, under the Provincial Traffic Police Department, immediately after receiving information from people reporting that the HOWO car with license plate 37H - 045xx was driving in the wrong lane and not obeying traffic lights on National Highway 46, the team sent a working group to verify and clarify.
The verification results determined that the car with license plate 37H-045xx was driven by Nguyen Van T., residing in Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district. The working group invited driver Nguyen Van T. to the police headquarters for questioning.
Here, the working group conducted alcohol and drug tests and determined that the driver did not violate the law; through investigation, the driver admitted to the violation at 9:05 a.m. on September 4, 2024 at Vac market intersection, Nam Linh commune, Nam Dan district, and acknowledged the violation and promised not to repeat it.
The working group has drawn up a report against driver Nguyen Van T. for the following acts: driving in the wrong lane and not obeying traffic lights. The total penalty for the two violations is 10 million VND, and the driver's license is revoked for 3 months.
