The accident happened on the morning of June 20, on National Highway 1A, passing through Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau district.

Accordingly, at the above time, truck with license plate 37C - 09962 (driver's identity unknown) was traveling in the direction of Vinh - Hanoi, when passing Cau Loi in Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau, it consecutively crashed into two ox carts being led by two men in front.

The strong collision seriously injured the two ox cart drivers, Mr. Tran Van Trac (born 1958) and Mr. Nguyen Van Huong (born 1959), residing in Ai Quoc hamlet, Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau. They were taken to the hospital for emergency treatment immediately.
