Biden urged to allow Ukraine access to US intelligence
Members of the US Senate Intelligence Committee have asked President Joe Biden to allow Ukraine maximum access to US intelligence in the face of Russia's alleged "aggressive" intentions, a letter released by the senator said.
"We urge the United States to share intelligence with Ukraine to the fullest extent possible. Russia is the aggressor and we need to equip them (Ukraine) with the critical information they need to defend themselves," the letter said.
US senators stressed that such a move would serve the United States' own security interests as well as those of its allies and partners in Europe.

“The threat to Ukraine from Russia is a threat to democracies around the world, and we urge you to do everything possible to support Ukraine at this critical time,” the letter stressed.
Kiev and Western countries have recently expressed concern about the increase in Russian "aggressive actions" near the Ukrainian border. Moscow has repeatedly denied such accusations, saying that it does not threaten anyone and does not intend to attack anyone, and that claims of "Russian aggression" are only used as a pretext to deploy more NATO military equipment near the Russian border.
