Strive to drastically reduce the rate of social insurance debt

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 29, the provincial Social Insurance organized a conference for cadres, civil servants and public employees in 2016.

In 2015, the provincial Social Insurance completed and exceeded the collection plan, reducing the rate of outstanding social insurance and health insurance collections. The total number of people participating in social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance in the province was 2.8 million people, an increase of more than 600,000 people compared to the end of 2014. The total social insurance and health insurance collection in 2015 reached over 4,191 billion VND; social insurance and health insurance debt was lower than the national average. The rate of people participating in health insurance reached nearly 77%, higher than the average of neighboring provinces.

The conference agreed on the direction and tasks for 2016, accordingly continuing to promote administrative reform; effectively implementing the Law on Social Insurance, the Law on Health Insurance, the Law on Employment...; striving to complete 100% of the revenue estimate, strongly reducing the rate of outstanding social insurance debts; ensuring correct, sufficient and timely implementation of policies for employees and subjects according to their functions.

Provincial Social Insurance leaders awarded certificates of merit to individuals with outstanding achievements in 2015.

On this occasion, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee awarded certificates of merit to 2 Party cells that achieved exemplary exemplary performance for 5 consecutive years; 6 individuals were awarded commemorative medals for their contributions to national security protection and social insurance.

The provincial Social Insurance also rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in 2015; launched a movement and signed a competition agreement for 2016.
