Ms. Nguyen Phuong Dung, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Center for Nature Education, said: “It is truly shocking to see such cruel acts of killing wildlife. Similar to the brutal killing of langurs in 2012, this act not only seriously violates the provisions of Vietnamese law on wildlife protection but also demonstrates the inhumanity of some people in society. ENV requests that the authorities intervene and take appropriate punitive measures to create a high deterrent for the community."
