France arrests three women suspected of planning Paris attack
Three French women were arrested yesterday in connection with gas cylinders found abandoned in a car parked in front of Notre Dame cathedral.

The suspects may have planned an attack of such severity and had evidence that it was imminent,BFMTV quoted himBernard Cazeneuve, French Interior Minister, said.
Three women noThe identities of the suspects were revealed, their ages were 19, 23 and 39 respectively. They were suspected of being extremists. The youngest suspect was arrested inBoussy-Saint-Antoine, southeast of Paris,stabbed the police officer, injuring both of them.
The car containing seven gas cylinders was found on September 4, with one empty and the other six filled with gas. However, authorities did not find any detonators or explosive devices.Previously, the car owner reported that his two daughters were missing.
France has remained on high alert since the terrorist attacks in Paris last November that killed 130 people.Authorities have struggled to control thousands of people they consider extremists.
