Detected 14 cases of false declaration and forgery of war invalid records

(Baonghean.vn) - Currently, in the whole Dien Chau district, 14 subjects have been discovered and their benefits have been suspended and the amount of money received in violation of regulations has been requested to be recovered due to false declaration and falsification of war invalid records.

Pursuant to the recommendations in Inspection Conclusion No. 178/KL-TTr dated September 5, 2014; Conclusion No. 2877/KL-TTr dated August 3, 2016 and Conclusion No. 03/KL-TTr dated March 3, 2017 of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Dien Chau district has 16 subjects whose benefits have been suspended due to being discovered to have made false declarations and forged documents.

As of August 31, 2017, 02 subjects had their allowances restored. Currently, the whole district has 14 subjects whose allowances have been suspended and the proposed recovery of the amount of money received in violation of regulations is 1,875,791,400 VND (In words: One billion, eight hundred and seventy-five million, seven hundred and ninety-one thousand, four hundred VND).

Currently, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Nghe An is continuing to direct the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Dien Chau district to recover the amount of money that the subjects received in violation of regulations and return it to the state budget.
