This giant taro is owned by Ms. Cam Thi Luan, a trader near the Kim Son Town market area. |
Ms. Luan shared that she bought the potato this afternoon. Since putting the potato on sale, many people have come to see the potato. However, customers only like to see and buy medium potatoes because the potato is too big and they cannot eat it all when they buy it for their family. |
The taro root is bigger than an adult’s helmet. Ms. Luan said she has been selling taro for over 20 years but has never seen a taro root that big and heavy. |
The veins and weight of this taro are much larger than other taro tubers. |
Many people from far away come to admire this giant taro. It is suitable for organizing a hot pot meal for the whole family during Tet holiday. |
Compared to other normal potatoes, this giant taro is much more "handsome". |
