More than 20 'ownerless' wooden slabs discovered in Ky Son

People of Na Ngoi commune, Ky Son district said,While in the forest, they discovered more than 20 ownerless wooden slabs near marker L10, just a few hundred meters from the border patrol road.

These 20 wooden slabs are all about 2.6m long; 0.8 - 1m wide; 0.2 - 0.3m thick. According to the experience of local people in Na Ngoi commune, these are trees that have just been cut down and sawed; they are sa mu wood, a rare tree that needs strict protection.
