The body of a young man from Nghe An province was found dead in Quang Tri.

Captain Nguyen Van Hung - Deputy Head of Cua Tung Border Guard Station (Quang Tri Provincial Border Guard Command) said that on the morning of October 29, people walking along the beach of Xuan village, Kim Thach commune, Vinh Linh district (Quang Tri) discovered the body of a young man drifting ashore.

Immediately, people reported to local authorities and bBorder GuardUpon receiving the news, local authorities actively coordinated with the police force to deploy work to protect the scene and carry out procedures according to regulations.

The identification documents of Do Minh Hoang's relatives posted on social media match the identification documents of the body found on the coast of Quang Tri.

The victim was wearing jeans, inside the pants was a wallet containing an ATM card and a driver's license in the name of Do Minh Hoang (born in 1988), residing in Nghi Tan, Cua Lo town, Nghe An province.

In recent days, relatives in Cua Lo town have also posted photos and ID cards of Do Minh Hoang on social media to search for him. The content of the relatives' search for Hoang: "My younger brother is 32 years old, 1m65 tall, weighs 68 kg, and has slightly dark skin. He traveled from Nghe An to Saigon from October 5, 2020 to October 16, 2020, and was still in normal contact and was in Hue because of the flood and could not enter Saigon, but after October 16, 2020 until now, he has completely lost contact. So, if any of you have met or seen my younger brother as shown in the picture, please help contact me so that my family and I can worry less...".

From the identification papers and information above, Vinh Linh District Police contacted relatives in Cua Lo to go to the scene to identify Mr. Do Minh Hoang.
