Reduce 10 focal points after merging the Department of Agriculture & Rural Development and the Department of Natural Resources & Environment of Nghe An

After merging the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment into the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Nghe An is expected to reduce 10 internal units. Of which, the administrative agency block will reduce 5/22 units (22.72%); the public service unit block will reduce 5/29 units (17.25%).
