Buddhists of An Thai Pagoda give gifts to poor households in Tan Ky
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 1, the Buddhist Mobilization Committee of Tan Ky district organized a charity program to give gifts to poor households in Huong Son and Tan Huong communes (Tan Ky).

In the two communes, the delegation presented 8 gifts to households in particularly difficult circumstances, each worth 600,000 VND, and 100 gifts to poor households, including cash and 10 kg of rice. The total value of the gifts was nearly 20 million VND. This was funded by Buddhists and religious dignitaries of An Thai Pagoda (Quynh Luu) through the Tan Ky Buddhist Mobilization Committee.
This activity demonstrates the concern and encouragement of Tan Ky Buddhism to people with difficult lives, the spirit of solidarity and mutual love, contributing to helping poor households reduce difficulties and stabilize their lives.
