Approval of the number of employees in public service units that do not guarantee regular expenditures

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Council approved the total number of employees in public service units that have not self-financed regular expenses in 2019 to be 59,051 people. When the Ministry of Home Affairs issued a document assessing the number of employees in public service units that have not self-financed regular expenses in Nghe An province in 2019 to be lower than 59,051 people, the Provincial People's Committee submitted to the Provincial People's Council for approval of a Resolution to adjust the total number of employees accordingly.

The Provincial People's Council also resolved to approve the total number of employees in the Association's organizations in 2019 as 90 people; when there is a decision on contract and financial support for performing assigned tasks by competent authorities, it will be implemented according to the decision.

The Provincial People's Council also agreed with the Provincial People's Committee: The number of people working under labor contracts in public preschools as stipulated in Decree No. 06/2018/ND-CP dated January 5, 2018 of the Government on lunch support policy for preschool children and policies for preschool teachers is 2,508 people.

The number of contract workers according to Decree No. 68/2000/ND-CP dated November 17, 2000 of the Government (receiving salaries within the regular expenditure budget allocation norms according to Resolution No. 30/2016/NQ-HDND dated December 16, 2016 of the Provincial People's Council) in public service units that have not yet ensured regular expenditures is 235 people.

The number of people working under contract and receiving salaries from revenue sources in public service units that have not yet ensured regular expenditures in 2019 was 525 people.
