Dear comrades in the Standing Committee, Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces!

Dear all comrades!

First of all, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat for their trust and assignment of me as Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee - the homeland of the great President Ho Chi Minh, a land rich in cultural, revolutionary and studious traditions.

I would like to seriously and fully absorb the profound instructions of Comrade Bui Thi Quynh Van - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, and will concretize them into programs and action plans for implementation in the coming time.

I would also like to express my sincere thanks to the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, and all cadres, party members and people of Nghe An, for welcoming me with warm, affectionate and Nghe An-style feelings.

Dear comrades!

For me personally, today is not only the day of receiving a new job decision, but also an emotional return.

Nghe An - the land where I used to be attached to and worked for a while before - now being able to return, I am filled with joy, pride, and also full of worries about the responsibilities ahead.

Nghe An and Ha Tinh are two close neighboring provinces, with many ties and shares throughout my working life. The two provinces are the homeland of the heroic Soviet movement, share the Lam River, the same Vi Giam tune, and the same soul of the people of Nghe An.

On this occasion, I would like to sincerely thank the Party Committee, the government and the people of Ha Tinh province - where I have worked, been attached, trained and matured for many years. The care, support, sharing and sincere feelings of comrades, colleagues and the people of Ha Tinh are valuable assets for me to continue to strive, strive and contribute better in my new position.

Dear comrades!

Over the past time, following the development of the province, I have deeply felt the strong transformation of Nghe An in recent years. The economy has maintained a fairly high growth rate; many key projects and works have been implemented; traffic, urban and industrial infrastructure has been increasingly improved.

People's lives are constantly improved, culture and society develop, social security is taken care of. National defense and security are maintained; foreign affairs and regional connectivity are expanded. The Party and political system are built to be clean and strong in all aspects.

That is a great, comprehensive and solid achievement, crystallized from the solidarity, mettle and aspiration to rise of the Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An province.

Dear comrades!

Taking on this task today, I am deeply aware that this is a great honor and also a great responsibility. Nghe An is a large province with a large area, a large population, and a diverse terrain. It is the center of the North Central region, with many opportunities and advantages but also faces many challenges: establishing a growth model, focusing on quality of development; attracting investment, accelerating growth, especially in emerging economic sectors based on the driving force of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation; improving the quality of human resources, strongly arousing the spirit of innovation and the desire to rise up.

The new position and new tasks require me to learn more, listen more, and make more efforts. I hope that senior leaders, comrades in the Standing Committee, Executive Committee, and leaders of departments, branches, and localities will share valuable experiences and practical lessons; accompany and support me to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

I promise to constantly train, cultivate, and make every effort; inherit and promote the fine traditions of previous generations; together with comrades in the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee, I am determined to build a collective of solidarity, unity, exemplary, integrity, innovation, and action; always stay close to the grassroots, close to the people, understand the people, and accompany the people; strive to successfully implement the goals and targets set forth in the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress.

At the same time, I hope to continue to receive the attention, leadership, direction and assistance of the Politburo, the Secretariat, the National Assembly, the Government, the Central Committees, ministries and branches; the support, sharing and companionship of the collective leadership, Party committees, authorities, organizations and the people of Nghe An so that I can best fulfill the assigned tasks.

Once again, we would like to sincerely thank the Central Government for its trust and confidence, and the support and companionship of the Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An province.
