Accordingly, in Decision No. 2525-QDNS/TW, dated November 14, 2025, the Secretariat decided: Comrade Vo Trong Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and ceased to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term; transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
