(Baonghean.vn) - On November 21, Provincial People's Council delegate Nguyen Van De - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee had a meeting with voters of the communes: Thanh Tung, Thanh Giang, Thanh Ha, Thanh Mai, Thanh Lam and Thanh Xuan (Thanh Chuong district).
Also attending the meeting with voters were delegates Lo Thi Kim Ngan - Head of the Ethnic Committee, Provincial People's Council; Trinh Van Nha - Chairman of Thanh Chuong District People's Committee and delegates of Thanh Chuong District People's Council elected in Thanh Tung commune, and leaders of Thanh Chuong district.

At the meeting, delegate Trinh Van Nha - Chairman of Thanh Chuong District People's Committee informed voters about the expected content, program and time of the 11th session of the 18th Provincial People's Council; reported a summary of the socio-economic situation in 2022, key tasks and solutions in 2023; reported on the results of handling voters' opinions and recommendations before and after the 7th session of the 18th Provincial People's Council.

At the meeting, Thanh Chuong District People's Council delegate Nguyen Cao Thanh - Head of the Department of Home Affairs reported on the expected content and agenda of the 6th session of the District People's Council for the 2021-2026 term; the district's socio-economic situation in the past time, key tasks in the coming time; results of handling voters' petitions at previous sessions.

At the conference, reflecting on the difficulties in implementing the criteria for building new rural areas at the grassroots level after merging hamlets in the commune, voters requested that the provincial and district People's Council delegates give opinions to the authorities to pay attention to supporting hamlets and communes with timely cement to build rural roads; support the construction of cultural houses; support the construction of Song pagoda in hamlet 5; build Dong Lac bridge in hamlet 1; support the upgrading of Thanh Ha pumping station.

Voters also requested that the provincial and district People's Council delegates pay attention to resolving the backlog of applications for the issuance and renewal of land use right certificates, especially for households along the Ho Chi Minh trail; pay attention to implementing policies for police officers who have completed their working time as prescribed. Along with that, voters requested that the provincial and district People's Council delegates pay attention to and give opinions to the competent authorities to support schools in the commune to build facilities to meet the requirements of the 2018 General Education Program.

The issues that voters reflected that were under the jurisdiction of the district were discussed and specifically answered by the leaders of the district People's Committee, the leaders of the departments and offices of the Thanh Chuong district People's Committee. In particular, the leaders of the district's Department of Natural Resources and Environment discussed the reasons that led to the failure to implement or,Delay in granting and changing the Land Use Right Certificate as well as guiding the process and procedures for granting and changing the Land Use Right Certificate.
A representative of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment said that in Thanh Tung commune, there are 150 households requesting new land use right certificates, 48 households have been granted, the remaining households have not been granted because they could not provide documents, some households were previously granted land without authority...

Providing more information on the main features of the province's socio-economic situation in 2022, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van De said that despite many difficulties, with the determination and efforts of Party committees and authorities at all levels; the consensus and support of the business community and people, the province's socio-economic situation has achieved very positive results.
The socio-economic growth rate in the first 9 months of the year reached 9.23%, budget revenue reached over 17 trillion VND. Especially in attracting investment, especially FDI projects, since the beginning of the year, the province has attracted projects with a total investment capital of over 900 million USD, for the first time Nghe An is in the top 10 localities attracting the largest FDI capital in the country. In addition, the fields of culture, society, and social security policies have been well implemented. National defense, security, and social order and safety have been maintained and stabilized.
Listening to and fully absorbing the opinions, feedback and recommendations of voters of Thanh Tung commune as well as communes in Bich Hao cluster, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van De discussed and answered the contents within his authority, and the issues not within his authority will be transferred to higher-level agencies for resolution.
Regarding cement support for communes to build rural roads, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van De said he would direct and urge the Department of Finance to speed up the bidding process to grant to localities.
Regarding the issuance and exchange of Land Use Right Certificates, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van De requested the People's Committee of Thanh Chuong district to review and consider the causes in order to respond and guide people to properly follow the prescribed procedures.
Regarding the construction of hamlet cultural houses, the District People's Committee is requested to direct localities to review and consider selecting suitable locations to retain existing cultural houses or build new ones to ensure living space for people in the hamlet after the merger.
