The Code consists of 17 chapters and 220 articles with many new regulations, including a roadmap to raise the retirement age to 62 years old for male workers in 2028 and 60 years old for female workers in 2035 to prepare for and respond to the aging population and meet the needs of the labor market.

Speaking directly at the conference, voters expressed their agreement and appreciation for the results of the recent session of the National Assembly, which addressed and resolved many issues of concern to voters. In addition, the opinions expressed also frankly raised concerns about many major issues of the country.
Voter Phung Minh Sy said that he closely followed the contents of the 8th session, paying special attention to the issue of cyber security, saying that the cyber security situation is very complicated, and it is necessary to strengthen control of bad and toxic content on social networks recently, so that public opinion and the masses trust the official line.
Along with that, Mr. Sy expressed concern that the term of the National Assembly deputies has not ended, but up to now, there have been many deputies who have violated the law and had to stop performing their duties as National Assembly deputies; the situation of fake diplomas, certificates, and fake war invalid records is still quite common...
Meanwhile, voter Phung Ba Viet is more concerned about the East Sea issue, saying that it is necessary to step up information and propaganda so that people can clearly grasp the current situation. Along with that, although the fight against corruption has been and is taking place fiercely, many voters are very sympathetic, but still have concerns about the execution of judgments and the recovery of corrupt assets for the State. "For example, there are corruption cases worth thousands of billions of VND. If the money can be recovered and used for poverty reduction, it would be wonderful," said voter Viet.
