Coordinate and direct decisively, creating breakthroughs in administrative reform in 2019
(Baonghean.vn) - That is one of the contents agreed upon for coordinated action in 2019 between the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc and the Party Executive Committee of the People's Committee of Nghe An province at the working session this afternoon, March 6.
Attending the meeting were comrades: Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Government Office; member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Government Office, Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of a number of departments and branches.

At the meeting, the two sides evaluated the results of the coordination work in 2018. Some outstanding results were emphasized, such as: evaluation, classification, emulation, and rewards; leadership and direction of administrative reform implementation, improvement of public ethics for cadres and party members in provincial agencies and units and central units located in the province; training and fostering cadres and party members, especially standardizing intermediate political theory level among cadres, civil servants, and public employees of the province...
Based on the achieved results and task requirements in the new situation, the two sides agreed on the coordination program in 2019: Leaders of agencies and units closely follow the functions and tasks of the industry, review the targets set by the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term to focus on leadership and direction to accelerate progress, effectively implement programs and projects, excellently complete the political tasks of 2019 and successfully implement the goals of the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress.

Resolutely lead and create breakthroughs in administrative reform, especially administrative procedure reform, to serve the socio-economic development goals of the province; including coordinating to organize dialogue conferences between provincial leaders and cadres and party members holding management positions in provincial agencies.
Issue and implement plans for investigation, survey, and evaluation of district-level government officials' opinions on provincial-level agencies; survey and evaluate the satisfaction of people and businesses with the performance of public duties by state administrative agencies and provincial-level officials, civil servants, and public employees.

At the same time, issue and implement a plan on setting examples according to Regulation No. 08-QD/TW of the Central Executive Committee (term XII), Directive 28-CT/TW.
Focus on directing departments and branches to effectively reorganize the apparatus, cadres, civil servants and public employees according to Resolution No. 18, 19-NQ/TW of the Central Executive Committee (term XII) on "Some issues on continuing to innovate, reorganize and organize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently".
Coordinate the preparation and guidance for organizing Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 20th Party Congress of the Bloc, term 2020 - 2025.
