That was the state of mind of a 14-year-old "speed demon" driving a drunk girlfriend and crashing into a motorbike taxi driver at the hospital. The incident happened at the intersection of Kim Son town - Truong Banh (Que Phong).

Accordingly, at around 11:00 p.m. on October 31, 2017, Luong Duc Hoang, a 9A2 student at Muong Noc Secondary School, Muong Noc Commune (Que Phong), took his classmate Lo Thai Bao to a wedding in Na Phi village in the same commune.

When arriving at the intersection of Kim Son town - Truong Banh, he suddenly collided with a motorbike going in the opposite direction driven by a hybrid driver named Hai from Que Son commune (Que Phong).

The strong collision caused both vehicles to fall and were severely damaged. The victims had to be taken to the Que Phong District Medical Center for emergency treatment immediately afterwards. Traffic police arrived promptly to inspect the scene and went to the emergency room to take statements and measure the alcohol levels of all three people.
