Le Chan District supports Quy Hop with 800 million VND to overcome floods

(Baonghean.vn) - On December 1, in Bac Son commune, Quy Hop district, a ceremony was held to receive 800 million VND to build 2 flood relief projects supported by officials and people of the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and philanthropists and businesses in Le Chan district (Hai Phong city).

Le Chan District (Hai Phong City) supports Quy Hop people with 2 projects to overcome flood consequences.

To help people in Quy Hop district overcome the consequences of the flood last September, the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Le Chan district - Hai Phong city supported Quy Hop district with 800 million VND to build 2 projects, including support for building a spillway bridge in Manh village, Bac Son commune worth 250 million VND; building public housing for teachers and staff of 2 primary schools and kindergartens in Chau Hong commune worth 550 million VND.

Speaking at the reception ceremony, on behalf of the leaders of Quy Hop district, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee - Secretary of the District Party Committee sincerely thanked the leaders, cadres, agencies, units, businesses and people of Le Chan district (Hai Phong city) for donating money to support and help the people of Quy Hop overcome the heavy damage in the recent flood.

With this noble gesture, it is the motivation for the people of Quy Hop to gradually restore production and stabilize their lives.

After the reception, the delegation of Quy Hop district and Le Chan district officials visited the flooded spillway bridge in Manh village, Bac Son commune, and offered incense at Choong temple, Chau Ly commune./.
