US military personnel test the attack readiness of Ukrainian armed forces
A group of Pentagon officers has arrived in Donbass to check the level of offensive readiness of Ukrainian forces, Deputy Commander of the Operational Directorate of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic Eduard Basurin said.

According to him, the American officers were accompanied by representatives of the Ukrainian General Staff.
"At the moment, they are checking the Ukrainian security forces (APU) that are part of the Donetsk task force, - said Eduard Basurin.
Earlier, Mr. Denis Pushilin, Donetsk special envoy in the contact group, said that Ukrainian security forces continue to occupy residential areas in the intermediate zone, which is a blatant violation of the Minsk agreement.The self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic has repeatedly stated that the APU has foreign mercenaries and trainers from NATO countries coordinating the activities of its units.
According to the Operational Command of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, there are more than 60 snipers, artillery and mortar gunners from Poland and Lithuania in Donbass.
The command also confirmed that there are 129 training experts from the US, Canada, Türkiye, Algeria, Lithuania, Latvia and the UK, specializing in teaching Ukrainian security officials.
