Que Phong implements spring crop production plan 2014

The new point in implementing the direction of the Spring crop production in Que Phong compared to other localities is that the district has many sub-regions with relatively different weather conditions. Based on the summary of the 2013 crop and the proposals of the localities, Que Phong district has developed a general 2014 Spring crop production plan for the whole district, but also directed the arrangement of varieties and crop schedules suitable to the weather conditions and irrigation of specific sub-regions of the district. Before implementing the Spring crop production plan in the communes of the Northwest cluster, the district held a meeting to discuss the implementation in the communes of the Southwest cluster and soon the central commune cluster.
At the conference, along with solutions for regulating irrigation water, Que Phong district proposed a sowing schedule for each specific region and required localities to strictly follow the crop calendar, absolutely not sowing when the temperature is below 16 degrees.oC; Localities, stations and farms do a good job of protecting plants, preventing epidemics, keeping livestock warm, monitoring quarantine in moving areas and fully vaccinating livestock and poultry in the area.
