The executive order tightening the policy of granting entry visas and accepting refugees into the US was signed by new President Donald Trump on January 27, thereby increasing the visa processing time for all refugees to 4 months and temporarily suspending the issuance of entry visas to the US for 7 countries with a majority Muslim population, including Syria, Iraq, Iran, Somalia, Libya, Sudan and Yemen.
The new US President said that this measure is to protect the American people from the risk of terrorist attacks. The latest executive decisions of the new President Trump have caused mixed reactions in the US political world as well as in many countries around the world./.
