Ms. Hoang Thi Loan (47 years old, living in Trung Hau hamlet, Giang Son Tay commune, Do Luong district) expressed her joy when her family received capital support to develop the economy. Ms. Loan said that her family is near-poor, her husband died early, leaving her the burden of making a living and raising 4 children to study. Although she worked hard all year round, doing all kinds of jobs, her family's life was always lacking.
In the semi-mountainous area, Mrs. Loan’s family does not have much land to grow rice. Although the family has the advantage of a large garden and hills, the problem is where to get the money to build barns and buy livestock while having to work hard to raise children?
“With the loan, I will go home and save up more to buy piglets for breeding. If the pigs grow well, they will be ready to sell in just a few months and increase the family’s income,” Ms. Loan calculated.
The program seemed to be filled with emotional tears when hearing the story of two women in Thanh Chuong district who worked hard all their lives for their children. Despite being poor, they were determined not to let their children drop out of school.
