President Zelensky's determination to fight to the end makes the US uncomfortable?

On the Le Live program of the electronic newspaper Le Figaro, journalist Renaud Girard said that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's desire to continue prolonging the conflict to achieve victory has made the US uncomfortable.
“It is entirely possible that the US wants to resolve the conflict between Russia and Ukraine through peaceful negotiations. Washington has shown that Zelensky’s desire to fight to the bitter end, tirelessly, has caused discomfort,” the French journalist said.
According to Mr. Girard, this discomfort was most clearly expressed at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Summit in Vilnius (Latvia) last July. Here, Ukrainian President Zelensky put excessive pressure on the US ally to agree “immediately” for Kiev to join the alliance.
“Everything can be solved diplomatically, but twisting the Americans is extremely difficult. One way or another, no matter how hard Zelensky tries, he will not succeed,” said French journalist Girard.
Sharing this view, in his book The Last Politician, American political commentator Franklin Fore wrote that US President Joe Biden was upset by Zelensky's behavior during their first meeting in Washington in September 2021.
The White House boss was unhappy with Zelensky's insistence on accepting Ukraine into NATO, and his "absurd analysis" of the current state of the military alliance.
The US news agency CNBC also said that officials in Washington were dissatisfied with the behavior of Ukrainian President Zelensky on many occasions, especially when the Ukrainian leader ignored recommendations from the White House and made increasingly bold demands.
