Launching a typical advanced model of religious family to protect national security

(Baonghean.vn) - On August 23, Dong Van commune (Tan Ky) held a launching ceremony for the model "Tan Dien parish, Tan Dien land, a typical and advanced model in the movement of the whole people to protect national security".

Attending the Conference were representatives of the District Party Committee, District People's Committee, representatives of functional departments of the District Police, commune leaders, pastoral council of Tan Dien parish, heads and deputy heads of self-management groups of 15 hamlets of the commune.

Dong Van commune has 2,839 households, of which 210 households follow Catholicism. It is a locality mainly engaged in agricultural production, and life still faces many difficulties.

At the launching ceremony, comrade Phan Duc Quang - Chairman of Dong Van Commune People's Committee presented Decision No. 138 -QD/UBND dated May 20, 2017 of the Commune People's Committee on recognizing Tan Dien Parish, Tan Dien parish, Dong Van commune as a typical example of ensuring security and order.
