Launching Youth Month 'Vinh City Youth join hands to build urban civilization'

(Baonghean.vn) - Responding to the jubilant and excited atmosphere of the youth of the whole country striving to compete towards the 86th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2017), welcoming the Congresses of the Youth Union at all levels, towards the 11th National Congress of the Youth Union, the Standing Committee of Vinh City Youth Union organized the Launching Ceremony of Youth Month 2017.

Youth Month is an opportunity for young people to express their revolutionary enthusiasm, volunteer competition, take the initiative in socio-economic development, maintain national security and defense, and enhance the responsibility of young people in the new era.

With the theme: "Youth of Vinh City join hands to build urban civilization", during Youth Month, Vinh City youth organize specific activities such as: educating and widely propagating the glorious tradition of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; registering to undertake and build roads, organizing volunteer youth teams to participate in propaganda, maintaining traffic safety and order; organizing environmental protection activities, consulting on exam season, vocational guidance, introducing jobs for young people, and focusing on community life.
