The burning problem of acacia vegetation in Nghe An

Burning the vegetation after harvesting planted forests is one of the things that goes against the regulations of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). However, in Nghe An, some households still burn acacia plantations.

Nghe An needs to soon build forestry roads to increase the value of planted forests.

Nghe An has the largest forest area in the country, however, due to lack of transportation routes, the value of wood has decreased.

On the night of June 22, Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station, Nghe An Border Guard coordinated with local authorities to extinguish a forest fire that occurred in the area.
