The subjects considered for Sacombank's scholarship are secondary and high school students in the 2020-2021 school year nationwide (except Hanoi and central districts of Ho Chi Minh City) with difficult circumstances, average score of 7.0 points or higher in the 2019-2020 school year (on a 10-point scale), training score of good or higher and actively participating in extracurricular activities.

It is known that the above scholarships are among 3,555 "Sacombank - Nurturing Dreams" scholarships worth more than 3.5 billion VND that Sacombank awarded nationwide in 2020 to students in difficult circumstances who achieved good academic results last school year, each scholarship worth 1 million VND with 1 backpack.

Scholarship Program "Sacombank – Nurturing dreams”has been organized by Sacombank since 2004 on the occasion of every new school year to support students on their path of study and pursuing their dreams. Over the past 17 years, the Bank has awarded more than 38,100 scholarships with a total cost of nearly 48.5 billion VND.
