You should use foods that provide light protein such as fish, beans, and lean poultry such as chicken. Add more vegetables to your meals during the day to ensure enough fiber and vitamins.
Eat just enough in the evening, do not eat too much and do not eat 2 hours before bedtime. People who are trying to lose weight should eat a lot of alkaline fruits such as bananas and apples, and avoid eating sour fruits that create stomach acid.
