"For many reasons, they do not dare to declare until they show signs of illness," said a representative of HCDC. Over the past two days, several cases have only gone to the hospital when they have symptoms and discovered they have Covid-19. HCDC calls on families and relatives who know their children are members of the Revival Missionary Church to urge them to declare their health as soon as possible. Those with information about related cases should provide it to local authorities.
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Disease Control (HCDC), the chain of infections related to the Revival Mission Church is the largest outbreak in the city, recording 93 cases in the past three days. Of these, 8 new cases were recorded on the evening of May 29, not yet announced by the Ministry of Health, considered suspected cases. In addition, there are three cases in other provinces also originating from this outbreak.
