On the morning of February 4, Hai Duong had 37 new cases of Covid-19 in the community.
The National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control said that on the morning of February 4, there were 37 new cases of Covid-19, all recorded in Hai Duong.
These are workers in the industrial park in Chi Linh city, Hai Duong province, who have been quarantined and are not at risk of spreading to the community.
Number of cases in Vietnam:
- As of 6am on February 4: Vietnam has a total of 1,059 casesinfected with Covid-19due to domestic infection, of which the number of new cases from January 27 to present: 366 cases.
- From 6:00 p.m. on February 3 to 6:00 a.m. on February 4: 37 new cases.

- Hai Duong province recorded 37 patients (BN1912-BN1948), who are workers in an industrial park in Chi Linh city, Hai Duong province, who have been quarantined, with no risk of spreading to the community. Samples were taken on January 28, 2021 and the first test was negative for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
On February 3, 2021, the second test results showed that 37 patients were positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Number of people in quarantine: Total number of people in close contact and entering from epidemic areas being monitored for health (quarantined): 48,829, of which:
- Concentrated isolation at hospital: 378
- Centralized quarantine at other facilities: 22,610
- Isolation at home, place of residence: 25,841
