The accident occurred at 6:30 p.m. on March 16 on National Highway 1A, through Quynh Thach commune, Quynh Luu district.

At the above time, Ms. Ngo Thi Dong (residing in Hamlet 12, Quynh Thach Commune) was driving an electric bicycle carrying her daughter, Nguyen Hoai Nam (11 years old), from Hoa-Thach inter-commune road to National Highway 1A.
When he was almost at the end of the lane, he was hit by a motorbike with license plate 37L2 - 17563 driven by Mr. Ho Si Nam (residing in hamlet 6, Quynh Tan commune, Quynh Luu).
The high-speed collision caused the motorbike to fly away, Dong and her son fell onto the road, Nam suffered a broken femur. Dong suffered minor injuries.
After the accident, Quynh Thach Commune Police and Quynh Luu District Police were present to handle the incident.
