When almost crossing the lane, he was hit by a motorbike with license plate 37L2 - 17563 driven by Mr. Ho Si Nam (residing in hamlet 6, Quynh Tan commune, Quynh Luu).
The high speed collision caused the motorbike to fly away, Dong and her son fell onto the road, Nam suffered a broken femur. Dong suffered minor injuries.
