On the afternoon of December 9, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave opinions on the draft resolution regulating the establishment and defining the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the office of the National Assembly delegation (office).

The establishment of offices in provinces and cities will be carried out on the basis of separating the offices of the National Assembly delegation and the People's Councils of provinces and cities. The offices of the National Assembly delegation are defined as agencies equivalent to the department level.
