Responding to the call of the Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, on the afternoon of September 11, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the People's Council of Nghe An province organized a campaign to support people in the northern provinces who suffered heavy losses due to the impact of storm No. 3 (Yagi).
